NIRE Manufacturer's Warranty Information Warranty Terms

NIRE brand products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty (24 months), starting from the date of purchase.

Basic Conditions:

The warranty covers the proper operation of the device, provided it is used in accordance with its intended purpose and the user manual.
Warranty rights are exercised upon presentation of a valid warranty card together with proof of purchase.
The warranty applies to products purchased domestically and is valid only within the territory of Poland.

Warranty Repair Times:

Defects discovered during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge within 14 business days from the date the equipment is accepted for repair.
Within 21 business days if it is necessary to source parts from abroad.

Submitting a Claim:

A condition for accepting the product for service is a written warranty claim submitted via email or by phone contact with the service center.

The Warranty Does Not Cover:

Damage caused by external factors (mechanical damage, weather phenomena, water damage, improper maintenance).
Unauthorized repairs or structural modifications.
Use of the equipment for purposes other than its intended use.
Damage to the nameplate that prevents the identification of the equipment.
