How NIRE Technology Works

The combination of far infrared (FIR) with the Zero Gravity position is a breakthrough in home therapy. Discover the science behind our chairs.

Far Infrared — The Heat That Heals

FIR Radiation (Far Infrared Radiation) is a segment of the electromagnetic spectrum with a wavelength of 9.3–9.7 μm — the very same wavelength emitted by the human body. As a result, the body absorbs it at nearly 100%.

FIR waves penetrate up to 4 cm deep into tissue, reaching muscles, joints, and blood vessels. At the molecular level, they induce a resonance effect — vibrations of water and protein molecules that warm tissues from within, without overheating the skin's surface.

This mechanism dilates blood vessels, accelerates microcirculation, and stimulates the body's natural regeneration — without pharmaceuticals, without side effects.

A Position Developed by NASA

Zero Gravity Position (Neutral Body Posture) was originally designed for astronauts to minimise spinal loading during launch. Legs elevated above heart level, torso reclined at approximately 128°.

The effects are immediate: spinal decompression, reduced pressure on intervertebral discs, improved venous return, and reduction of lower limb oedema. This is the position in which the body truly rests.

FIR + Zero Gravity = Complete Regeneration

Combining deep FIR radiation with the Zero Gravity position amplifies both effects. Blood circulates more efficiently in a decompressed position, and heat reaches deeper into relaxed tissues. The result? Faster regeneration, deeper relaxation, and more effective therapy — in a single session.

The Numbers Speak for Themselves

90%

+70%
improvement in blood flow in the irradiated area
+22 s
endurance increase in athletes after a FIR session
-18%
reduction in lactic acid levels after exercise
51–75%
skin texture improvement in beauty studies
7 wks
significant reduction in chronic lower back pain

Visible Results on the Skin

Clinical studies indicate that regular exposure to FIR radiation leads to a 51–75% improvement in skin texture. The mechanism is straightforward — deep heat stimulates fibroblasts to increase collagen and elastin production.

The effects include wrinkle reduction, improved elasticity, skin firming, and cellulite smoothing. This is beauty therapy without needles, without lasers, without recovery time — in the comfort of your own home.

Chronic Back Pain — Clinical Data

In studies on chronic lower back pain, patients using FIR therapy reported a clinically significant reduction in pain after just 7 weeks of regular sessions. The results were maintained after the therapy cycle concluded.

Combined with the Zero Gravity position, which decompresses vertebrae and intervertebral discs, NIRE chairs offer non-invasive support for those with chronic back pain — confirmed by both research and physiotherapist endorsements.
